Adaptive CrossFit Class
The Bridge is happy to partner with two local CrossFit gyms and Invictus PT &AT to offer two weekly adaptive CrossFit sessions.
CrossFit NewCov’s sessions are offered Wednesdays 6:30-7:30PMPM.
CrossFit Cincinnati’s sessions are offered Thursdays 6:30-7:30 PM.

About the sport:
Adaptive CrossFit is a modified form of the traditional CrossFit training program, designed to be inclusive for individuals with disabilities. It includes scalable exercises that accommodate various physical limitations, allowing participants to engage in strength and conditioning workouts. Adaptive CrossFit aims to improve physical fitness, mobility, and overall health while fostering a supportive community environment. This approach ensures that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, can benefit from the high-intensity, varied movements that define CrossFit.
