Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services (HCDDS) is bringing Momentum Refresh to local events this year. Momentum Refresh is the nation’s first fully accessible, universally designed mobile restroom. It has a wheelchair lift, customizable grab bars, an overhead ceiling hoist, height-adjustable adult changing tables and a sink. HCDDS’ partnership with Momentum Refresh is possible thanks to a grant from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
